Why Not to Work With Us

Let us start by saying we are far from perfect. We’ve made plenty of mistakes - and will continue to do so - but we want to be transparent about who we are looking for. And most importantly, who we are NOT looking for (not saying you won’t be a good fit at some other great companies!):

If you don’t have neither the right attitude nor aptitude. That means we don’t work with entitled people and we also can’t hand-hold.
If you make excuses or can’t truly problem-solve resourcefully. If you’re uncomfortable with having to figure out solutions with no blueprint and limited resources, this may not be the place for you. “I don’t have enough resources to demonstrate progress” is never acceptable here.
If you can’t operate in ambiguity. We understand that there are plenty of people who want constant instructions and guidance on what to work on, we just won’t be able to provide that for you here.
If you want to earn a Goldman Sachs or Google salary. We obviously can’t pay as much as those great companies, but you’ll earn very fairly with constant increases, and the upside is massive. Bet on yourself and other highly capable people.
If you want a chill job or don’t like “pressure”.
