The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead our expansion into the UK & Ireland enterprise market. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle sales - from identifying new opportunities to closing and growing accounts post-sale.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role, working directly with founders and leadership. You'll operate as the lead commercial rep across the region, helping shape how Hupo is adopted by some of the largest enterprises in the market.
What You’ll Do
New Business
- Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
- Develop account-based strategies to win high-value enterprise clients across Ireland & the UK
- Sell to multiple stakeholders from C-suite to operational level
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to generate pipeline
Account Management
- Own post-sale relationships with your clients - lead renewals, upsells, and expansions
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts
- Partner with customer success and product teams to deliver long-term customer value
- Act as the voice of the customer internally and surface upsell opportunities early
Strategic Impact
- Help shape regional GTM strategy based on your learnings from the field
- Report on pipeline, performance, and forecasts to leadership
- Provide structured feedback on competitive dynamics and customer needs in-region
