The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with our largest clients. You’ll own the post-sale journey - from onboarding to renewal to expansion - ensuring every customer sees measurable value and long-term impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Asia
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders (Distribution, L&D, Digital, Ops)
- Lead quarterly business reviews and uncover opportunities for expansion
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver high-impact pilots and full-scale deployments
- Drive high satisfaction, strong engagement, and net revenue growth
Who You Are
- 4-5+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting in enterprise SaaS or BFSI (banking, financial services, insurance)
- Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and managing executive relationships
- Excellent communicator and problem solver with commercial instincts
- Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast - startup DNA welcome
