Why This Role Matters
You'll be our 0 to 1 marketing hire β the person who builds our marketing function from the ground up.
You'll support global markets and wear multiple hats across demand generation, product marketing, content, digital campaigns, analytics, partnerships, and more β setting the foundation for how we market to global enterprise customers.
As we grow, you'll scale into a leadership role, but right now, your impact comes from execution and building the systems and playbooks that scale.
What You'll Do
Demand Generation & Growth: Build and run campaigns, optimize paid channels, develop nurture workflows, and establish reporting on pipeline and campaign performance.
Product Marketing: Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions while supporting go-to-market efforts and sales enablement materials.
Content & Communications: Build content strategy, manage website and landing page copy, and own communications for launches and announcements.
Analytics & Measurement: Set up dashboards, track key metrics, run experiments, and make data-driven recommendations.
Tools & Operations: Evaluate marketing tools, manage integrations and workflows, and oversee budgets and vendor relationships.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first few months, you'll:
Establish the foundations of Hupo's marketing function.
Launch and iterate on demand generation initiatives across key markets.
Build reporting and measurement systems that tie marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
You'll also be expected to continuously:
Improve campaign efficiency and conversion performance.
Refine positioning and messaging based on market feedback.
Build scalable systems and playbooks as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software marketing, ideally across APAC and/or US markets.
Experience with account-based marketing and targeted marketing strategies for enterprise accounts.
Hands-on execution experience across multiple channels including email, paid media, content, landing pages, and campaign management.
A strong generalist mindset with the ability to operate across multiple marketing disciplines.
A growth marketing orientation with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact rather than vanity metrics.
Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, reporting, and data to drive decisions.
Experience operating in startup environments and building processes that scale.
Experience marketing to regulated industries such as banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or similar sectors.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience marketing AI, fintech, or enterprise technology products.
Experience supporting both APAC and US go-to-market motions.
Experience building or scaling a marketing function from 0 to 1.
