Why This Role Matters
Hupo is growing quickly, and marketing touches almost every part of the business, from generating awareness and supporting sales conversations to enabling customer success and representing the company at events.
This role is designed for someone who wants exposure to the full commercial engine of an early-stage AI company. Rather than focusing on a single channel or discipline, you'll work across marketing, sales operations, events, content, and business development initiatives.
You'll gain hands-on experience helping scale an AI-native company serving financial institutions globally, while working directly with senior leaders across the business.
What You'll Do
Campaigns: Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Content: Create content for social media, newsletters, websites, and other channels.
Creative: Design presentations, sales collateral, and marketing materials.
Sales Enablement: Assist with proposals, client documentation, and sales outreach.
Research: Conduct market and competitor research to support business decisions.
Analytics: Track performance metrics and prepare reports and insights.
Events: Support the planning and execution of events and conferences.
Operations & Admin: Assist with coordination, documentation, and other business-critical tasks.
Special Projects: Jump into ad-hoc projects across marketing, commercial, and operations teams.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first few months, you'll:
Successfully support the delivery of multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Produce high-quality presentations, sales demos and collateral, and client-facing materials independently.
Become a reliable owner for recurring marketing and operational workflows.
You'll also be expected to continuously:
Bring structure and organisation to fast-moving projects.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and execution.
Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn across different functions.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working across multiple projects and shifting priorities.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and figure things out independently.
Ability to create polished presentations and documents.
Availability to commit full-time for at least 3 months.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Experience creating presentations, proposals, or client-facing materials.
Experience organising events, webinars, or community initiatives.
Familiarity with AI tools and modern productivity workflows.
