Why You Shouldn’t Work With Us

Let us start by saying we are far from perfect. We’ve made plenty of mistakes, and will continue to do so, but we want to be transparent about who we are (and aren’t) looking for (not saying you won’t be a good fit at some other great companies!):

• If you don’t have the right attitude and aptitude.
  • We don’t work with entitled people, and we also can’t hand-hold.
• If you make excuses instead of problem-solving resourcefully.
  • If you’re uncomfortable figuring out solutions with no blueprint and limited resources, this may not be the place for you.
• If you can’t operate in ambiguity and need constant direction.
• If you want a Goldman Sachs / Google salary. We can’t pay that — but we promise you’ll earn fairly, with strong upside.
• If you want a chill job or don’t like “pressure”.
